Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Custom printed kits and full squad team orders may requirea short additional preparation time (typically 1-3 extra business days) before shipping.

Delivery Times

• We offer standard worldwide shipping with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary depending on location. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

• Occasionally delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues, which are outside of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
• Seasonal Note - During peak periods such as holiday or major sale events, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased shipping volumes and customs processing times. We recommend ordering early during these periods where possible.
